The Law Company is run by Taryn Playle and Chantel Playle - so you will always be able to contact a legal adviser directly - not an answering service!

You can contact us by phone, email or by using our Contact us form. 

We will promptly reply or if we are unable to promptly reply - then we will let you know when to expect a response from us. 

If you matter falls outside the scope of our expertise - then we will let you know as soon as possible. 

We will provide you with an outline of the services required for your matter and an estimate of our costs.  Most of our fees for straightforward transactions are "set fees" and are not charged on a time recorded basis.

To enable your matter runs smoothly and efficiently, you need to ensure that you will:

• be open and honest with us 
• read our advice carefully and all accompanying documents sent to you 
• ask us questions when you are unsure of any aspect of our advice or services
• adhere to our email policy
• be easily contactable; and 
• give us clear instructions.
